SUMMARY: You will play a vital role in administering remote oaths and affirmations to individuals executing legal documents. Have a strong commitment to accuracy and professionalism in remote notarizations.

DAY TO DAY DUTIES:

• Conduct remote notarizations for oaths and affirmations, ensuring the authenticity of the process.
• Authenticate the identities of individuals participating through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Ensure the understanding and intent of parties taking oaths or affirmations virtually.
• Maintain meticulous records of notarized oaths and affirmations.
• Stay up-to-date when it comes to state-specific regulations for remote notarizations.
• Provide clear explanations to clients about the legal implications of notarized oaths and affirmations in a remote environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in administering oaths and affirmations, particularly in a remote capacity, is advantageous.
• Profound understanding of oath and affirmation procedures and remote notarization laws.
• Proficiency in using secure video conferencing and virtual document management platforms.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for remote interactions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
