Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Fulfillment Optimization Manager to work virtually in the U.S.

JOB TYPE: Full-time

JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsible for optimization of business performance by helping to drive key initiatives, and as a conduit between operations and technology teams. The manager will interface with line staff, operations managers, business partners, and senior leadership across both fulfillment and sales.
Develop and implement a strategic vision for the future state of fulfillment operations.
Lead competitive research, perform data driven analysis and ensure structured problem solving with senior stakeholders to identify and shape transformation opportunities and recommendations.
Translate the target state of Operations/Fulfillment process improvement to design well scoped initiatives with robust business cases, tracking initiative KPIs to realize benefits.
Provide direct management and/or oversight to multiple Workstreams across information technology division.
Partner with sales optimization manager to coordinate transformation agenda and maximize related initiatives.
Update leadership and stakeholders across lines of business on the Roadmap, delivery milestones, and change management process.
Coordinate with cross functional teams consisting of business analysts, technical product owners and developers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Drive business technology projects focused on model change, design thinking, digital transformation, and technology innovation, with focus on complex and large-scale initiatives.
Research industry vendors and partners, evaluate fit within the organization for business needs as well as technical architecture to achieve organization strategic goals.
Be hands on to manage multiple Workstreams of a large-scale program with complex interdependencies and multiple stakeholders.
Balance technical product capabilities and technology limitations with business needs to develop acceptable solutions for stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of project management delivery methodology, with demonstrated ability to optimize team performance.
Experience in re-engineering processes, end-to-end process mapping, diagnosing business imperatives and driving change.
Strong presentation and communication skills - ability to articulate and tell a story to senior leadership.
Embraces values of innovation, collaboration, moving fast and simplifying.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE...

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Industry experience.
Bachelors’ Degree in BA or other related field; Master’s Degree is preferred.
Mortgage LOS Conversion and mortgage projects implementation experience is preferred.
