Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Post-Closing Manager to work in a telecommute capacity in the U.S.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in the managing and directing the activities of the post-closing department.
Act as liaison between numerous departments.
Supervises/direct the day-to-day activities of all operations resources within Post Closing Collateral and Scanning Department.
Utilizes strong mortgage background to review escalated files and provide guidance on difficult transactions.
Assist in collaborating with Risk Management to determine training opportunities for operations team.
Monitor pipeline of custodian exceptions and outstanding notes.
Monitor scanning pipeline volume to ensure that images are uploaded in a timely fashion.
Manages time cards and schedules for all staff members.
Conduct performance and salary reviews and all disciplinary actions for staff members under their leadership.
Assist in setting expectations for turn times and productivity at an individual and department level.
Aid in the hiring and training of potential staff members.
Assist with technology enhancements as it relates to the end-to-end file flow.
Create and develops new training manuals and job aids for the department.
Maintains good communication and relationships with internal and external customers.
Communicate decisions made on escalated loan level scenarios, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

5/+ years of mortgage banking experience.
4-5/+ years of experience working as a Post Closing Manager in a Wholesale environment
Diverse experience in all areas of mortgage operations including: processing, closing, funding, and post closing.

SKILLS:

Ability to effectively present information/respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the public.
Capable of working in a paper driven environment.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with people at varying levels of the organization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

BENEFITS: 401(k), PTO
