JOB TYPE: Full-time


  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of industry experience performing escrow and title duties. Proven tenure is preferred.
  • Notary license or ability to obtain one within 90 days.
  • Experience using the MS Office suite and industry software.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment

• Monitoring of work queues and follow up of documentation.

• Preparation of preliminary and final HUD statements.

• Purchase transactions.

• Quality review, preparation and delivery of loan closing documents.

• Completing tax and payoff updates as required at time of scheduling.

• Ensuring files are ready to close as outlined in our service level agreements with customers.

• Completing transactional tasks as requested by customer.

• Managing change requests from customer (i.e., loan amount changes, and new documents).

• Calculate all fees for transactions while ensuring accuracy.

• Professional interaction with third party vendors including municipal tax collectors and lending institutions.

• Raise any process or systemic issues accordingly.

• Assist team members in all other functions as assigned by management.

• Contact the borrower(s) and agent to schedule the loan closing.

• Assist borrowers and agents with questions related to the loan closing.

• Comply with all security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of customer NPPI (Nonpublic Personal Information), the company's information, and assets.
