Remote Mobile Notary. Philadelphia, PA

Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Mobile Notary to work in the U.S. only.

JOB TYPES: Freelance/Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

OVERVIEW: In this role, you will play a critical part in facilitating debt settlement agreements by notarizing documents remotely for your clients. This is a freelance/contract position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home office.

THE DAY TO DAY TASKS…

• Verify the identity of clients and signers involved in debt settlement transactions.
• Witness and notarize legal documents related to debt settlements, including agreements and affidavits.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of notarized documents.
• Maintain detailed records of notarial acts performed.
• Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and best practices governing notary services.
• Communicate effectively with clients and signers to guide them through the remote notarization process.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in.
• Familiarity with digital notarization tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

PREFERRED: Experience in notarizing debt settlement documents.
Certification as an eNotary. Knowledge of state-specific notary laws and regulations. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Reliable computer, high-speed Internet, webcam and microphone for video conferencing, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
