Signing Agent Jobs (https://signingagentjobs.com) is seeking for someone to fill the position of a Remote Notary Director to work in the U.S.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Build & foster a positive & smooth on-boarding experience that only further anchors the value propositions for why a Notary chose us as their technology provider.
Create customized on-boarding paths & interaction cadences that cater to each Notary offering. While also threading commonalities as possible to maximize output.
Partner with cross-functional pillars to support an informative on-boarding experience that paves the path for longevity across all Notary offerings.
Create and oversee the Notary Journey Map. Targeting ideal output from the day an account is created to the first transaction sent.
Oversee a team of On-boarding Specialists who will act as a point of contact & pillar of support to new Notaries.
Assist Notaries with meeting the proper technical qualifications and act as a point of contact for any recommendations.
Act as a gateway & coordinator with the Compliance Team to ensure prospective notaries have everything required to legally notarize on the platform in initial on-boarding.
Assign learning paths & driving adoption of training content.
Track & report on defined KPI’s around on-boarding performance & pipeline to provide visibility to supporting and impacting teams.
Design & implement processes to continuously gauge & improve the effectiveness of the Notary On-boarding experience. Share valuable insights with key stakeholders across the company to drive improvements.
REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES:
5/+ years of related experience in successful delivery & ownership of on-boarding programs. Remote on-boarding experience is a plus.
Proven success in creating, developing, and executing methodical on-boarding experiences that support a wide range of user demographics. Preferably in a technology driven setting.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
A well rounded leader focused on enabling their team to deliver top notch results. While not losing sight of a team culture that promotes growth, prioritizes coaching & embraces recognition.
Motivated self-starter. Dynamic, outgoing, warm with high-emotional intelligence.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Strong project management skills. Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and/or programs.
Proven ability to work independently but also foster collaboration.
A sound operator focused on delivering results that are impactful and resulting in high operating rigor, repeatability & leverage.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.
PAY: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment
