SUMMARY: In this role, you will facilitate the proper execution of powers of attorney documents from a distance, in the convenience of your own home office!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct remote notarizations for powers of attorney, ensuring the validity of signatures.
• Confirm the identities of both grantors and agents through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Witness and verifying the virtual signatures of parties involved in powers of attorney.
• Maintain thorough and organized records of notarized powers of attorney.
• Remain well-versed in state-specific regulations pertaining to remote powers of attorney notarizations.
• Offer clear explanations to clients about the significance and legal implications of notarized powers of attorney documents in a remote environment.

ESSENTIAL PROFILE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in notarizing powers of attorney documents, particularly in a remote capacity, is advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of powers of attorney document procedures and remote notarization laws.
• Proficiency in using secure video conferencing and virtual document management platforms.
• Professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, suitable for remote interactions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage complex legal documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
