RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct remote notarization sessions for contracts, agreements, affidavits, and other documents.
• Verify the identities of signatories through a combination of identification methods and knowledge-based authentication.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of notarization certificates, dates, and signatures.
• Maintain thorough records of notarial acts, adhering to data privacy and security protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with state-specific notary laws and regulations, as well as technology advancements in the remote notarization field.
• Communicate effectively with clients to guide them through the remote notarization process and address any questions or concerns.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in.
• Previous experience in notarizing contracts and other legal documents.
• Strong understanding of remote notarization laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using remote notarization platforms and video conferencing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working remotely.
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
