RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate virtual notarization sessions for Bill of Sale documents, ensuring that all parties are present and engaged.
• Utilize a combination of identity verification methods and knowledge-based authentication to verify the identities of signatories.
• Review Bill of Sale documents meticulously to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal standards.
• Maintain comprehensive and organized records of notarial acts, adhering to strict data privacy and security protocols.
• Stay up-to-date with state-specific notary laws, regulations, and advancements in virtual notarization.
• Offer clear and effective guidance to clients throughout the virtual notarization process.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in.
• Extensive experience in notarizing Bill of Sale documents and familiarity with asset transfers.
• Proficiency in using virtual notarization platforms and video conferencing tools.
• Strong understanding of virtual notarization laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality while working remotely.
• Comfortable adapting to new technologies and processes.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
