JOB TYPES: FT/PT; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

OVERVIEW: In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to offer remote notary services with a strong legal focus, providing clients with expert assistance in navigating complex legal documents.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Conduct thorough identity verification procedures for signatories.
• Virtually witness and notarize an array of legal documents, including contracts, estate planning documents, immigration forms, and more.
• Ensure signatories comprehend the documents they are signing and their legal implications.
• Administer necessary oaths and affirmations for the documents in question.
• Maintain meticulous records of each virtual notarization, including relevant details.
• Stay up-to-date with ever-evolving Notary laws and regulations.
• Handle confidential and sensitive legal information with the utmost professionalism.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in.
• Strong legal background and comprehensive knowledge of Notary laws.
• Excellent communication skills for virtual interactions with clients.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote notarization.
• Keen attention to detail, especially in reviewing intricate legal documents.
• Ability to handle complex legal scenarios with tact and precision.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, reliable virtual setup, including Internet connection and the necessary equipment. Flexible availability to accommodate clients in your coverage area(s).

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
