JOB TYPES: Contract; MUST be a U.S. citizen.

OVERVIEW: In this position, you will be facilitating and notarizing auto loan documents virtually for clients in your coverage area (in your state of residence). This is a contract position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

THE DAY TO DAY TASKS…

• Receive and review auto loan documents electronically from clients.
• Verify the identity of signers and witnesses through secure video conference.
• Ensure all documents are properly signed, notarized, and returned in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of notarizations and adhere to all compliance and confidentiality requirements.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address any questions or concerns during the notarization process.
• Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and client expectations.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Notary Public, with specific experience in auto loan document notarization.
• Familiarity with state-specific notary laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, high-speed Internet, a webcam for virtual notarization, along with a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
