OVERVIEW: As a Virtual Notary Public, you will have a unique opportunity to facilitate the execution of trust-related legal documents in your own home office. This is a U.S. based position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct remote notarizations for various trust-related documents, such as living trusts, revocable trusts, and advanced healthcare directives.
• Ensure the proper identification of signatories and witnesses through secure video conferencing platforms.
• Confirm the understanding and intent of parties involved in the virtual trust notarization process.
• Safeguard the integrity and authenticity of notarized trust documents through meticulous record-keeping.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of state-specific laws and regulations related to trust document notarization.
• Provide clear explanations to clients about the significance and legal implications of notarized trust documents in a virtual environment.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Notary Public commission in whichever U.S. state that you reside in. Prior experience in notarizing trust documents, especially in a virtual capacity, is a plus.
• Comfort and proficiency in utilizing secure video conferencing and virtual document management platforms.
• Profound knowledge of trust document notarization procedures and applicable laws. Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive trust-related information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in a remote setting.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage complex documentation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Computer, Internet, and a home office set-up.

PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
