A decorated Military Officer, Pete is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point where he earned his baccalaureate degree in 1983. He served as a U.S. Army Captain until 1997, exceling in ranks of increasing responsibility with dedication and commitment to achieve several Service Awards. Thereafter, Pete led numerous teams nationwide with PepsiCo, Walt Disney World Company, and Bacardi Bottling Corporation. Pete earned his Master’s Degree from the University of Pennsylvania while he led the Pepsi Bottling Operation in Philadelphia, Pa. In a variety of Ssenior leadership assignments spanning a corporate career of over 30 years, Pete led his teams with distinction to achieve superior results for these Companies. Pete served as the Regional Director of Operations at PepsiCo North America, Philadelphia Region, yielding annual sales exceeding $178 million, while developing a strong Customer base, and improving the Customer satisfaction index.
Pete’s experience at West Point taught him many valuable life lessons, shaping him to become the accomplished professional that he is today. Dedication, commitment, and honesty are the principles that Pete lives by, which is reflected in all of his achievements throughout his illustrious career. He was the driving force behind improved business results in markets around the country. Bacardi Bottling selected Pete as the person to lead its only bottling facility in the U.S. after an 18-month long global selection process. During his tenure as Director of Operations, the annual sales revenue for Bacardi’s U.S. operations exceeded $300 million. With a penchant for exceeding expectations in leadership roles since his service in the Army, Pete has led many businesses to yield phenomenal results for his clients, his family, and his teams.
One of the values Pete truly embraced during his years at West Point, and while serving in the Military, was that serving others is the most important work in a man’s life. He learned that honesty and integrity form the core of a man’s character, and these principles have enabled him to achieve great things during his career. Pete completed his certification as a Licensed Florida Real Estate Sales Associate. He received his training from the IFREC Real Estate School in 2019 to start a new chapter in his life and to continue serving others.
